How will your child be learning about the birds and the bees this summer?
Since 1992, Joshua Creek Ranch's Summer Outdoor Adventure Program for youth has been dedicated to building an understanding among young people about the role of sportsmen in conservation efforts. This outdoor program is a week-long, fun-filled camp for boys and girls, ages 8 to 15 located in the heart of the Texas hill country! Participants will stay at the Ranch and learn shooting, fly fishing, and archery. These sessions are the highlights of the week, but plenty of afternoon time is spent in the creek and the Guadalupe River with tubes, canoes, and kayaks, learning water safety, as well as having fun. Hunter Education Certification is earned by participants 12 years and older, and safety is a focal point, regardless of age. From time to time, new adventures are added, from cave exploration to bat cave tours, constellation identification and wilderness survival skills.
This hill country summer camp is about education AND having fun in the outdoors. Your child is going to love it!
