October through March
Before dinner, relax on the oak-canopied patio around the outdoor fire pit while you reminisce with your hunting partners. Enjoy the warmth of the crackling fire, smell the fragrant hardwood smoke and enjoy your favorite beverage. Weather permitting, your appetizers will be served fireside. This is hunting season at Joshua Creek Ranch, so evenings feature wild game entrees like quail, pheasant, partridge, Axis venison, and rainbow trout. The wine list includes specially chosen wines to complement the featured game dish, which is beautifully presented and served by candlelight in the cozy dining room. Four-course gourmet game dinners are always featured during hunting season.
April through September
Every opportunity is taken to feature patio dining in the spring and summer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are casual and include all-American favorites like hamburgers, steaks, fried fish, beef and veggie kabobs, barbeque, grilled chicken Caesar salad, and much more! When dining on the patio, you'll likely witness a spectacular sunset, and then enjoy the rest of the evening under the stars!

*During hunting season Joshua Creek Ranch requires a minimum of 4 guests total to serve dinner and a minimum of 6 guests total during the spring and summer season to serve dinner. Call the Ranch if you wish to see our High Season Menu and to make reservations.
