Dining is always an experience at Joshua Creek Ranch! During hunting season, four-course gourmet game dinners are featured, with main entrees ranging from grilled Axis venison with green peppercorn sauce, Pheasant Amaretto, Roasted Quail Bonjour in apple and honey sauce, grilled rainbow trout over garlic roasted fettucine, and other succulent game dinners. Lunch during hunting season will find the hunter dining on Longhorn chili, chicken fried venison with a white cream sauce, and pheasant pot pie. In the spring and summer, a lighter fare is featured, with all-American favorites like grilled steak, chicken, barbeque, and fried catfish (from spring-fed Joshua Creek!). Friday nights are time for our popular Friday Night Patio Suppers, which are being scheduled this summer on a limited basis, for parties of 10 or more (call for details and reservations).
