The Chef

Michael Davis, Chef, (born in Louisiana) has been cooking since graduation from college 25 years ago, where he majored in hotel restaurant management. Over the years Michael has worked as sous chef or executive chef at several fine San Antonio and Boerne area restaurants and private clubs; at one point Michael was a partner in a successful Boerne restaurant. Michael’s creativity with wild game is the source of new and exciting entrees that are served at Joshua Creek Ranch…which is a natural fit, since his hobbies are hunting and deep sea fishing.
