Dining is always a delightful experience at Joshua Creek Ranch! Year round, whenever the weather permits, lunch is served on the patio under magnificent old oak trees. The same goes for evening appetizers, like Fried Quail, which are served around the fire pit on chilly nights. During hunting season, four-course gourmet game dinners are featured, with with main entrees likeranging from Grilled Axis Venison With Green Peppercorn Sauce, Amaretto Pheasant Chardonnay, Chukar Chimichurri, Trout Sauteed with Tomatoes and Artichokes over and other succulent game dinners. Lunch during hunting season will find guests dining on Axis Venison Chili, Chicken Fried Axis Venison with Cream Gravyenison with a ream , Pheasant Enchiladas, Wild Game Gumbo, and Pheasant Pot Pie.
In the spring and summer, a lighter fare is featured, with all-American favorites like hamburgers, grilled steak or chicken, barbeque, and fried fish.
Desserts are always homemade, tempting, plentiful and scrumptious. It’s hard to go away hungry from Joshua Creek Ranch!
Meals Dining is available year-round 7 days a week BY RESERVATION ONLY. Enjoy the hearty country breakfast buffet, lunch on the patio whenever weather permits, and dinner in the warm and cozy firelitght of the Cypress Lodge dining room. Guests can make reservations for any number of people for breakfast or lunch. Dinner is served for a minimum of six guests total.

Your dining experience at Joshua Creek Ranch is sure to be as memorable as your outdoor activities. We welcome advance requests for specific menu items, special dietary needs, iced beer coolers and cocktail set ups. Our goal is to perfectly tailor the culinary aspect of your visit.
We serve all parties the same menu at each meal, so the first menu request is the one served.
Also, our meals are prepared for PROMPT service at the time specified on your reservation and for the number of guests you requested. If you cannot make the scheduled meal times or the number of guests has changed, please let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
